Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-5 years leadership experience within a 3PL/warehouse environment.
• Ability to set the pace in team environment.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate power equipment in a confined environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent business results through teams by developing staff and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Monitor and discipline staff as necessary while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Train and coach employees to follow SOPs and meet productivity targets.
• Lead and supervise a variable workload to meet client needs and implement process improvements.
