Job summary

EVERSANA in Memphis is seeking a dynamic People Leader to guide an Order Management team, delivering accurate client communications and SLA‑aligned service. You will coach, onboard, and develop staff while building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration across functions.

Partner with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Client Services to implement process improvements, standardize workflows, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of customer service leadership in healthcare/pharma.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Order Management team with accountability for SLA adherence.
• Oversee daily order management and client communications to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Finance and Client Services on cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to boost productivity and client satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions with cross-functional partners.
