Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Receiving Supervisor for its Manatee Distribution Center to own end-to-end receiving, unloading, verification, and put-away processes. You will lead a team, ensure accurate records, and enforce SOPs across all receiving activities.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, safety, and proactive discrepancy resolution, with constant collaboration across Purchasing, project teams, and Inventory Control to maintain a flawless receiving function.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a warehouse receiving department
• Stand-up forklift certification required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and SOP adherence
• Ability to read long part numbers, POs, packing slips, and related docs

Responsibilities

• Own the receiving process from start to finish per SOPs
• Maintain safe, organized dock and paperwork
• Research discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with Purchasing, project teams, vendors, and Inventory Control
• Train teammates on SOPs, system processes, documentation, and equipment
