Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or WMS experience a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
Ensure timely and accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Coordinate production schedules and materials availability with Production and Customer Service.
Enforce policies and safety standards, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
Promote a safe work environment and coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs.
