Viking Masek Packaging Technologies seeks a Receiving Coordinator to manage incoming shipments, verify contents, label and store materials, and maintain precise receiving records to ensure production flows smoothly.

The role collaborates with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams, requiring forklift certification, WMS experience, and strong organizational skills to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor in logistics a plus
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management
• Forklift certification required
• Familiarity with WMS and inventory tracking software
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations for shipping/receiving
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages as required
• Professional communication, appearance, and work ethic

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify shipments including UPS, freight, and large machinery
• Enter receiving information into ERP accurately and on time
• Coordinate material flow and staging for efficient operations
• Maintain organized receiving area per standards
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Planning, Warehouse, vendors
• Identify recurring issues and participate in continuous improvement
• Support production by ensuring timely material availability
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in shipment, invoice, and inventory records
