Job summary

Building-Controls- is hiring a Warehouse/Material Coordinator to manage the flow of materials and shipments, coordinate order processing, and support inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, timely shipping, and strong customer service for internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires basic computer skills, experience with Word/Excel, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining safe, organized workspaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literate and proficient in Windows, email, and an Order Management System.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales order shipments efficiently and promptly.
• Process all receipts of goods efficiently and promptly.
• Verify quantity and description of material against packing slip.
• Ensure credit card orders are processed before shipment.
• Ship to correct addresses; call couriers for pickup as needed.
• Direct inbound material routing for stock or orders.
• Assist with annual product inventory and audits.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and supplies.
