Job summary

The Receiving Coordinator at Carnival Cruise Line will support port operations and warehouse teams in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale by tracking inbound and outbound shipments, resolving missing paperwork, and coordinating with vendors and the purchasing team to ensure timely deliveries.

You will move freight using forklifts and pallet jacks, prepare loading plans for frozen and chilled trailers, maintain vendor access lists for homeports, and log shipments in Excel for records and Returns to vendors.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual with ability to speak and write English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve shipments with missing paperwork or incorrect details using logging tools and RF guns.
• Liaise between port operations, warehouse, and service providers to ensure smooth shipments.
• Process return to vendor freight and generate digital records in Excel for mailroom deliveries.
