Job summary

Responsibilities include liaison work between port operations and warehouse, processing returns, maintaining vendor access lists, and ordering temperature-controlled trailers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with strong communication.
• 1–2 years warehouse/logistics experience; forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Resolve shipments missing paperwork and log using RF gun.
• Act as liaison between port operations and warehouse.
• Process returns to vendor and log records in Excel.
• Monitor vendor access lists and assist with loading plans.
• Coordinate temperature-controlled trailer orders.
