Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory or shipping software preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery and pick-up appointments.
• Coordinate with outside storage facilities, vendors, and carriers.
• Direct dock door traffic and keep receiving operations organized.
• Audit, post, and file shipping and receiving receipts.
• Enter inventory adjustments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage UPS shipments for sample orders.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Verify case counts and shipping documentation.
• Process store returns and related reports.
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues with internal and external teams.
