Job summary

TRI-STATE ENTERPRISES, INC. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Lead for the 1st shift to oversee inbound shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold inventory integrity at our Arlington, TX facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Experience with MAM and MS Office is preferred; forklift certification is a plus and may be required by the employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MAM and MS Office tools.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Forklift certification preferred; through TSE if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized inbound receiving area.
• Unload freight trucks and log products into the receiving system.
• Inspect products for damage and communicate issues to carriers or vendors.
• Track and reconcile shortages with Accounts Payable.
• Schedule freight shipments for LTL, core, and returns.
• Create PD numbers and transfer to pallet sheets.
• Perform Goods Receipts in MAM for stocking.
• Resolve packing slip vs. received inventory discrepancies.
• Report packaging/handling quality issues to operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
