Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• English communication; bilingual is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate handling of materials and products.
• Verify shipments against PO, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving records and documentation.
• Assist with loading/unloading and organizing materials; operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
• Communicate with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and departments to resolve issues.
• Lead daily task coordination and participate in meetings with upper management.
