• Lead and train associates, enforce safety standards, and drive performance
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize inventory flow and productivity
• Maintain orderly, clean work areas and adhere to compliance policies
• Communicate priorities and updates to supervisors and team members
• Track productivity metrics and report variances with improvement recommendations
