Job summary

Talentify in Palmetto, GA is seeking a Distribution Center Receiving Lead to guide the receiving team, verify parts and quantities, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will train staff, communicate issues to management, and uphold safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily receiving operations, coordinating with Quality, and ensuring proper documentation and system transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years forklift/reach truck operating experience preferred.
• Two years RF scanner experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse receiving experience preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the receiving team on a daily basis.
• Assign work and ensure priorities are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate issues to management and coordinate with Quality for inspections.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse environment and ensure proper put-away.
