Job summary

Connection in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Receiver to precisely sort, verify, and record inbound products, applying UPCs and PO data per policy. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and safe handling of hazardous materials.

Under the Receiving Supervisor, you will collaborate with Product Management to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and support SOX controls across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Proficient with in-house computer applications, RF scanning equipment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency for documents and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sorts, verifies and records the inbound product quantities per policy.
• Selects correct PO for inbound products and records quantities.
• Prints and applies UPCs as required and meets receiving deadlines.
• Separates inbound freight by PO, product part number and stage for receiving process.
• Identifies hazardous materials and records definitions in the system.
• Works with Product Management to resolve receiving problems or changes to orders.
• Removes packing materials and promotes recycling where applicable.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
