Job summary

Diamond Mowers is seeking a Receiving Lead to manage the receiving area, ensure inventory accuracy, and own the receiving processes under the Parts Inventory Manager.

You will lead and coach Receiving staff, enforce safety, coordinate with ERP and warehouse operations, and help prevent material delays through timely reporting and inspection.

This role requires practical forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of lead and receiving experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Receiving employees to ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately.
• Enforce all safety regulations and PPE policies.
• Train and lead Receiving employees to improve skills and performance.
• Lead the receipt and unloading of materials; verify shipment accuracy and document discrepancies in ERP systems.
• Meet internal and external customer requirements by ensuring deliveries are verified and inventory records are up to date.
• Set up and implement the ERP system to maintain inventory and replenishment data.
• Conduct monthly and annual inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse areas and storage space according to design principles; propose improvements.
• Coordinate and move inventory by scheduling materials to and from the warehouse.
