Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Receiving Lead to manage real-time analysis and coordination of Receiving Operations. You will allocate tasks, record inbound deliveries, and support system/WMS interfaces under the DC Receiving Managers.

The role requires significant warehouse leadership experience, strong Excel/SAP/Red Prairie skills, and attention to productivity data trends, with a focus on accuracy and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership in a warehouse environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
• Detail oriented and able to recognize trends in productivity data.
• Clear, proactive communication and instruction reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real time analysis, coordination and balance of Receiving Operations.
• Record and report inbound deliveries; support reporting and issue resolution for host system/WMS interface.
• Provide administrative support to the Receiving Managers and assist with put-away and unloading operations as needed.
