Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee Receiving operations, analyze inbound deliveries, and coordinate tasks across the team. You will report on host/WMS interface issues, ensure accuracy and timely task completion, and support put-away and unloading as needed.

The role requires 3+ years of warehouse leadership, strong multitasking, and proficiency with Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie. Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s

Responsibilities

• Real time analysis, coordination and balance of Receiving Operations.
• Record and report inbound deliveries.
• Provide support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide administrative support for the Receiving Managers.
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems.
• Support put-away and unloading operations as needed.
• Under direct supervision of the DC Receiving Managers.
