Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee real-time analysis, coordination, and task allocation within Receiving Operations. Responsibilities include recording inbound deliveries, resolving host-WMS interface issues, and ensuring timely, accurate completion of tasks.

The role requires leadership in a warehouse environment, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership in a warehouse.
• Knowledge of distribution center operations and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Record and report inbound deliveries.
• Support reporting and resolution of host-WMS interface issues.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide administrative support to Receiving Managers.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of required systems.
• Assist put-away and unloading operations as needed.
• Work under direct supervision with established policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
