Job summary

Viking Electric is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler - Receiving in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time role operates 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday (1st Shift). Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.00, with a benefits package and potential incentive bonuses. Base salary varies by experience and skills.

You will move products from warehouse to customers, accurate order filling, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and organization. Prior forklift training is provided.

Qualifications

• Be able to operate a forklift after training.
• Lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Stand and walk for long periods during shift.
• Basic math skills for counting and verification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move materials safely using equipment.
• Count, check, and record items entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Use a handheld scanner to track inventory levels.
• Assemble, label, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage.
• Help keep products organized and safe in the warehouse.
