Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. seeks a team member to perform receiving, accounting, and distribution tasks for incoming deliveries. You will ensure accuracy with purchase orders, maintain product integrity, and process invoices in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires retail experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with attention to safety and company procedures. Whole Benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• 12+ months distribution or receiving environment preferred.
• Knowledge of store receiving and distribution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity.
• Check product temperatures as needed.
• Process and file invoices; stamp and initial documents.
• Distribute invoice copies to appropriate teams.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing application.
• Adhere to Receiving standards as outlined in Store Process.
• Distribute processed paperwork to Team mailboxes and regional office.
• Follow up with vendors regarding accounts payable.
• Support product Teams with accounting during inventory close.
• Distribute expense invoices to Store Leadership.
• Maintain baler and compactor; manage environmental areas.
• Arrive on time and attend trainings and meetings.
