Job summary

Rural King in the United States is seeking a Receiving Associate to load and unload shipments, prepare merchandise, set up displays, and ensure stock is available and well-distributed across the store and distribution areas.

You will follow SOPs for apparel receiving, maintain accurate records, use scanners and software, and assist with store-to-store transfers, UPS shipments, and inventory during peak periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receiving experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proven accuracy and quality in work.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Proficiency with computer systems to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and prepare merchandise.
• Follow SOPs for receiving and processing apparel.
• Use scan guns and software for receipt documentation.
• Monitor shortages and report discrepancies.
• Maintain receiving paperwork records daily.
• Assist with store-to-store transfers and UPS transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the receiving area.
