Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to efficiently load and unload shipments, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and ensure accurate stock levels. You will follow SOPs for apparel receiving, manage merchandising, and use scanners to document receipts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration with the receiving team and store operations to maintain a well-stocked, orderly store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receiving experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and efficiency.
• Proven focus on accuracy and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments, prepare merchandise for display and stocking.
• Follow SOPs for receiving and processing apparel, maintain accurate merchandising.
• Use scanner guns and software to document receipts and monitor shortages.
• Maintain records by filing receiving paperwork daily and manage stock levels.
• Assist with store-to-store transfers, UPS transfers, and daily inventory tasks.
