Job summary

EPC Power is seeking a Receiving Clerk to accurately receive, inspect, document, and transact inbound material. You will help ensure inventory accuracy and production continuity by verifying shipments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining traceability.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, documenting, prioritizing, and coordinating with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics to resolve issues while following safety and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail when comparing PO, packing slips, labels, part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics teams.
• Commitment to safety, organization, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, incorrect items, and other discrepancies.
• Separate and clearly identify priority, production, and stock materials.
• Escalate shortages, damages, and documentation issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
