SendCutSend Inc in the United States is seeking a Receiving Specialist to manage inbound deliveries, label and restock, and support production tasks. You will coordinate with Operations and Purchasing to keep production flowing.

This on-site role requires forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication (read/write/listen).
• 1+ year in warehouse, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes.
• Forklift experience.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• Experience with basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong cross-department communication.
• Commitment to clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and label inbound deliveries and restock as needed.
• Verify deliveries and report discrepancies to Purchasing.
• Conduct regular material inventories and report variances.
• Operate forklift to store/move products.
• Maintain organized receiving paperwork and certs.
• Assist with production tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
