Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Stock Keeper - Receiving to unload, label, and put away inbound parts, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.

Responsibilities include verifying paperwork, inspecting shipments, maintaining stock levels, and generating reports. Forklift certification and experience with SAP/WMS are preferred. This position offers comprehensive benefits from day one and a stable, employee-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years experience in warehouse receiving environment.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) receiving transactions, putaway, staging, and cycle count workflows (example SAP).
• Forklift operation and certification (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) and safe operation of pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Label received goods with barcodes, location IDs, and product tags as required and prepare standardized pack and pallet configurations for putaway and storage.
• Unloading inbound shipments and verifying paperwork.
• Inspecting shipments for damage, shortages, and compliance.
• Ability to track, organize, and maintain stock levels accurately, enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Ensuring shipment accuracy and preventing inventory errors.
• Provides quality service by following organizational standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promotes clean receiving supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.
