SendCutSend in Kentucky is seeking a Receiving Specialist to manage inbound deliveries, label and restock products, and verify shipments for damages. You will coordinate with Operations and Purchasing to maintain production flow and assist with production tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include inventory management, forklift operation, paperwork handling, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• 1+ year in warehouse, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes including receiving, returns, stock rotation, and material verification.
• Forklift experience.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and identify additional tasks.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong communication across departments.
• Commitment to a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and allocate all inbound deliveries according to policy, label products, restock items, and manage Kanban inventory.
• Verify deliveries, inspect for damages, and report discrepancies to purchasing.
• Conduct regular material inventories and investigate variances.
• Handle all products returning to the vendor, including packaging and paperwork.
• Maintain organization of all receiving paperwork, material certs, and pack slips.
• Organize product storage areas including indoor/outdoor spaces and safety kits.
• Operate a forklift to store/move products as needed.
• Move recyclable material to appropriate bins.
• Assist with production tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments as needed.
