Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to efficiently load and unload shipments, prepare merchandise for the floor, and set up displays. You will ensure products are in stock, well-distributed, and properly stored while following SOPs for apparel receiving and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of receiving experience or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and efficient
• Proven track record of accurate, error-free work
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; prepare merchandise and displays
• Ensure stock levels and organization across apparel and store inventory
• Follow SOPs for receiving and processing apparel items
• Record receiving documentation and manage paperwork daily
• Assist with store-to-store transfers and transfers with UPS
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across receiving areas
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as required
• Participate in cross-training across departments and training programs
