Job summary

Rural King is hiring a Receiving Associate to efficiently load and unload shipments, organize stock, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. The role involves following SOPs, using scan guns, and maintaining accurate receiving records.

You will help manage inventory, support store-to-store transfers, and ensure apparel racks are merchandised properly. The position requires at least 1 year in receiving, comfort with computer systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receiving experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying flexible and efficient.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; prepare merchandise for storage or display.
• Process purchase orders following SOPs and document receipts accurately.
• Monitor shortages and discrepancies daily; communicate issues to the team.
• Maintain records by filing receiving paperwork and organizing stock.
