Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to support accurate receiving, inventory control, freight processing, and merchandise movement throughout the store. This role receives shipments, processes purchase orders, verifies inventory, and replenishes merchandise on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in receiving/warehouse, comfort with scan guns and inventory systems, and a detail-oriented, team-focused approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of receiving, warehouse, inventory, or related experience.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory control, or shipping and receiving preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, scan guns, and inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Receive shipments and process purchase orders per SOPs.
• Use scan guns and systems to document receipts and inventory.
• Identify and communicate PO, DC, and vendor discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and research negative on-hand inventory.
• Verify pricing, labels, and security tags.
• Unload, sort, and distribute freight.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with high-demand inventory.
• Process store-to-store transfers, shipping, and UPS shipments.
• Follow apparel receiving and merchandising procedures.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and scanners.
• Keep receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross-train and support other departments.
