Job summary

Rhino, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to ensure all incoming product is received systematically, labeled correctly, and moved to designated locations in a timely manner.

First shift hours are 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The role includes a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with potential for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, life, disability, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, profit sharing, and gym reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing and shipping experience.
• Ability to be forklift trained.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, IQMS).

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming product systematically.
• Label all incoming product with correct part numbers.
• Move all labeled incoming product to its designated location.
• Count and process all incoming intercompany product.
• Move all labeled incoming intercompany product to its designated location.
• Run weekly cycle count for Uline products.
• Perform safety inspection of all forklift trucks in the facility daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
• Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
• Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items.
• Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
• Open containers, sort, and catalog materials.
• Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
