Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to count and measure items accurately.
• Proficiency in using inventory software, spreadsheets, and databases to track shipments and stock.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries; verify contents against packing slips and POs.
• Inspect goods for damage; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Record received goods in inventory system; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for proper storage and movement.
• Create reports for internal/external customers and maintain documentation.
