Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Apopka, Florida. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, verifying shipping/receiving docs, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work a Wednesday-Saturday shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, earn $19.00 per hour, with benefits starting after 30 days, including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Multi-task, be highly organized with excellent time management.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• SAP and WMS knowledge (intermediate).
• Safety Sensitive Position; equipment certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse direction and vendor assignment.
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation; coordinate with inventory to resolve issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis; communicate with customers and assist with needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
