Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join the Materials department. In this role you will verify shipments, enter receipts, inspect for damage, and route service instruments to the correct departments, ensuring accurate inventory records in ERP and WMS.

You will work in a day shift within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while maintaining meticulous documentation and traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable using ERP systems, warehouse software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer instruments, verify shipment contents, and accurately enter receipts into company systems.
• Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and resolve discrepancies with appropriate teams.
• Label, identify, and route service instruments to the correct departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation within ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Organize and maintain receiving areas to ensure efficient workflow and material traceability.
