Job summary

The Integration Group is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage the receipt of goods and materials in the warehouse. You will perform initial inventory counts, document shipments, and process data into the warehouse management system, while operating PIV equipment like forklifts and turrets.

You will collaborate with the receiving team and customer service to resolve discrepancies with vendors and ensure accurate records and timely handling of shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Logistics or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety practices.
• Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and warehouse management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices, packing lists, BOLs, and purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory counts and quality control for all incoming shipments.
• Organize, locate, label, and place shipments and products in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
• Document accurate receiving processes and inventory records.
• Report and document any shipping damage or quality concerns.
• Coordinate with customer, receiving team, and customer service to ensure timely responses.
• Operate PIV equipment such as forklifts and turrets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
