Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in receiving/warehouse/inventory control in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• proficient with inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret packing slips, bills of lading and purchase orders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments by receiving, inspecting, and documenting deliveries per procedures.
• Verify materials against POs, packing slips, and invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with procurement, quality, and production re missing/damaged items.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage or delivery to the correct area.
• Maintain records of received materials in ERP/WMS.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
