Job summary

Applied Aerospace and Defense - White Salmon is seeking an Inventory & Materials Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material movements are reflected in the ERP system. This role supports receiving, outsourced processing, production kitting, work orders, material handling, cycle counting, and traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in inventory control, materials management, warehouse operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; align physical inventory with ERP records.
• Process and verify receiving, outsourced material, and other inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate discrepancies and reconcile variances.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and traceable; report obsolete or non-conforming stock.
• Print, process, complete reporting for work orders and production documentation.
• Kit, verify, and stage materials for production work orders; ensure timely delivery to production.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment per safety rules.
