Responsibilities

• Verify actual product against Purchase Orders and/or supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and check temperatures as needed.
• Stamp, initials, process, and file invoices; distribute copies to teams.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing application and ensure adherence to Receiving standards.
• Support accounts payable and assist with inventory/financial period close.
