Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Warehouse Manager based in Indiana, Pennsylvania, to oversee daily operations including receiving, picking, and cycle counting. The manager will lead Department Leads and ensure adequate material is available for orders while achieving high accuracy in operations.

This full-time role includes supervising a team of 22, managing IT infrastructure, and reporting to the General Manager. Requires 5+ years of warehouse experience and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, picking, and cycle counting in the warehouse.
• Ensure operations leaders have adequate materials to fulfill orders.
• Manage the performance of the team to reach picking accuracy targets.
