Job summary

Accupac in California is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for the 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm). You will check all incoming shipments in the warehouse and verify the right quantity and type of product received, while ensuring proper paperwork accompanies each shipment.

This hands-on role requires basic computer skills and warehouse experience, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Competitive pay is $23 per hour, with medical and other benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciliation.
• Ability to read and interpret documentation and warnings.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Verify all shipments that come into the warehouse.
• Clarify that the right amount and type of product was received.
• Contact buyers directly if a problem or discrepancy occurs.
• Keep records of all shipments.
• Ensure all paperwork is received with shipments.
• Assign trucks to the correct doors and have them sign in upon arrival.
• Backup for Warehouse Staff and perform other duties as assigned.
