Job summary

Ace Controls on first shift seeks a Receiving Clerk to receive, store, and distribute materials and tools within the facility. You will verify incoming shipments, inspect stock, and maintain accurate records while following procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include using computer systems to check location, lot numbers, and shortages; moving items to designated areas; and keeping a clean, safe workspace. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Shipping & receiving experience preferred; warehouse/manufacturing experience acceptable.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos, and write simple correspondence.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products; verify receipt of incoming shipments.
• Examine stock for conformance to specifications and keep records of materials issued.
• Move and store stock in bins, on floor, shelves, or racks; use computer to access location, lot number, and status information.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow all procedures/work instructions; keep areas clean and safe.
• Perform basic maintenance on material handling equipment and move company vehicles as needed.
