Accupac in Mainland, PA is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage incoming shipments and verify quantities. The role supports warehouse operations, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and storage procedures are followed during the first shift.

Responsibilities include liaising with buyers on discrepancies, keeping accurate shipment records, and acting as a backup for warehouse staff. Must have a HS diploma and prior warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and inventory experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work overtime and different shifts.
• Ability to supervise 1–3 hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Verify all shipments that enter the warehouse.
• Ensure correct quantity and type of received products.
• Contact buyers to resolve discrepancies.
• Keep records of all shipments and paperwork.
• Assign docks and sign-in on arrival.
• Replace damaged and faded tickets.
• Backup for warehouse staff.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
