Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse receiving administrator to schedule and confirm receiving appointments while upholding safety and quality standards. The role provides administrative support for the Receiving department, including data entry, correspondence, and system updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6-12 months of warehouse receiving admin support and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm all receiving appointments; notify changes.
• Verify quantities, catch weights, lot numbers and expiration dates for received product.
• Set up new vendors on routes; relay appointment requirements to vendor and driver.
• Contact vendors and merchandisers regarding short/over product received.
• Enter receivers into the system; verify receiving reports and file reports.
• Verify POs from drivers and review outstanding POs.
• Print receiving worksheets and pallet labels; assist with invoicing and inventory control.
