Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Quality Control Inspector to verify that all incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies meet engineering drawings and purchase order requirements.

You will inspect electrical components and structural materials, record results, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve non-conformances, ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or electrical trade certification preferred.
• 1 year of experience in structural and/or electrical inspection in electromechanical industries required.
• Blueprint and electrical schematic reading capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming electrical components against BOMs, purchase orders and supplier data sheets.
• Inspect incoming structural materials per drawings and purchase orders.
• Record inspection results and update ERP system.
• Review supplier documentation like MAT reports and certificates of conformity.
• Isolate and quarantine defective materials to prevent production release.
• Generate detailed NCRs with photos and clear defect descriptions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Production and Engineering for root-cause investigations.
