Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Quality Control Inspector to verify incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies against engineering drawings and purchase orders.

You will inspect electrical components and structural materials, record results in the ERP system, and generate NCRs with clear descriptions and evidence. You will collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Production, and Engineering to resolve non-conformances and support root-cause

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or electrical trade certification preferred.
• One year of experience with structural and/or electrical inspection in electromechanical industries required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.
• Keen attention to detail required.
• Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications required.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics required.
• Documentation and reporting skills required.
• Teamwork and collaboration required.
• Growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more required.
• Sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming electrical components against BOMs, purchase orders, and supplier data sheets.
• Inspect incoming structural materials per drawings, specifications and purchase orders.
• Conduct sampling power testing for electrical components.
• Record inspection results by completing reports and updating ERP system.
• Review supplier documentation like material test reports and certificates of conformity.
• Isolate, tag, and segment defective or non-conforming materials in quarantine area.
• Generate detailed NCRs with photographic evidence and clear defect descriptions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Production and Engineering to initiate root cause investigations with suppliers.
