Job summary

MAC.BID operates as a receiving and unloading hub where the Receiving Team uses heavy equipment to unload truckloads of returns and overstock items. This role reports to the Facilities Team Lead and requires forklift operation, pallet jack use, and safe unloading at the dock.

The position is on-site with 8-hour shifts; candidates must pass pre-employment drug tests and may undergo in-house forklift training.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Forklift certification required or in-house training.
• On-site availability; 8-hour shifts; 30-minute lunch; hours vary by workload.
• Must lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team.
• Must stand and walk for hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must follow written directions and company policies.

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving Team employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retentionfees
• Use pallet jacks and fork trucks to unload product
• Safely drive a forklift according to policy and the Safety Coordinator
• Perform other tasks as assigned bymanagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests duringemployment
• Must be forklift certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and Management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to follow written directions and companypolicies
