Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking an on-site Receiving Team member to unload truck arrivals, operate forklifts and pallet jack equipment, and assist in warehouse duties. You will work with the Facilities Team Lead and adapt to varying schedules based on workload and location.

The role requires forklift certification or the ability to complete in-house training, adherence to safety policies, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with team support.

Qualifications

• Must be forklift certified or pass in-house training/certification.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment.
• On-site work; 8-hour shifts, 30-minute lunch break, Monday-Saturday depending on location.
• Able to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly.
• Use pallet jacks and fork trucks to unload product.
• Safely drive a forklift according to policy and the Safety Coordinator.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving Team employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retentionfees
• Use pallet jacks and fork trucks to unload product
• Safely drive a forklift according to policy and the Safety Coordinator
• Perform other tasks as assigned bymanagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests duringemployment
• Must be forklift certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and GM
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be able to follow written directions and companypolicies
