Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Receiving Team member in Canton, OH to unload truckloads and prepare items for online auction sales. You will work with forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety policies and coordinating with the Facilities Team Lead.

This is a full-time, on-site position with varied 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch. Ideal candidates will pass pre-employment drug tests, hold forklift certification (or complete in-house training), and be able to lift up to 25 lbs solo and 50 lbs with

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Forklift certification or in-house training/certification.
• On-site availability; 8-hour shifts; schedule varies by location.
• Able to lift 25 lbs alone, 50 lbs with team lift.
• Able to stand and walk for hours.
• Able to follow written directions and policies.

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION

Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving Team employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retentionfees
• Use pallet jacks and fork trucks to unload product
• Safely drive a forklift according to policy and the Safety Coordinator
• Perform other tasks as assigned bymanagement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests duringemployment
• Must be forklift certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and GM
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be able to follow written directions and companypolicies
