Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Warehouse Technician for its Authentication Center operations in New Jersey and Arizona. You will support fulfillment and shipping, handling dock work, picking, packing, sorting, inventory control, folding and bagging in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with luxury items, maintain safety and organization, and collaborate with other departments. This role requires basic computer skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended

Qualifications

• High School or GED appreciated.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and signs.
• 1+ years' experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
• Must be punctual and available to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 60 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate with upper management and/or other departments.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle luxury fashion items safely.
• Sort parcels by alphabetical and numerical designation.
• Palletize and organize parcels by date and designations.
• Sort and put away supplies in an organized fashion.
• Conduct quality inspections on packaging and documentation.
• Maintain supplies and organize inventory.
• Follow general warehousing safety, housekeeping, and trash removal.
• Assist Dock and other departments as needed.
• Communicate efficiently with ecommerce centers.

As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by supporting fulfillment and shipping activities within our Authentication Center. This may include dock work, picking, packing, sorting, inventory control, folding and bagging. What You Get To Do Everyday

• Safe handling and care of luxury fashion items
• Parcel sortation by alphabetical and numerical designation

What You Bring To The Role

The expected hourly rate for this role is $16.00-$17.25. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
