Forman Mills Inc. seeks a Department Manager for the Receiving area in our Chicago store. You will lead customer service, staff development, and merchandizing to align with directives from the Store Support Center.

Responsibilities include training team members, ensuring proper signage, price changes, and inventory accuracy, while coordinating with Receiving and Store management. A strong, energetic leader is essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cash and give accurate change.
• Strong math and counting money skills.
• Excellent people skills and high energy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Train and develop team members in all department duties.
• Maintain merchandise presentation as directed by management.
• Verify pricing and signing on fixtures.
• Ensure safe floor plans and efficient floor moves.
• Communicate priorities with Receiving and Store management.
• Provide leadership in department operations and loss prevention.
