Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in receiving or auditing.
• Experience in the produce industry is highly desired.
• Production/warehouse background preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Compare all incoming shipments' waybill information to the database for accuracy before receiving.
• Arrange Canadian customs clearance and delivery details for outgoing shipments.
• Deliver items to requisitioning departments.
• Maintain department data base and prepare routine reports.
• Complete reports at shift end and notify managers of major discrepancies.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and verify quantities against work orders.
• Communicate with departments to resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and personnel information.
